Leather Dining Stool Restoration | Custom Upholstery & Walnut Refinish

These dining stools underwent a complete restoration, bringing together wood refinishing, rebuilt seating support, and custom leather upholstery.

The original legs were finished in solid black. Our team completely refinished them in a warm walnut tone, creating a beautiful contrast with the new leather upholstery.

With the woodwork complete, we turned our attention to the deteriorated seating. The original webbing and foam had worn out and were completely replaced to restore proper support, comfort, and resilience.

The upholstery presented another opportunity to showcase our approach to craftsmanship. Rather than cutting directly into the new leather, our team developed custom patterns and completed test fittings to ensure the upholstery followed the stools' contours precisely. This additional step is especially important when working with expensive materials, where accuracy is essential to achieving a clean, tailored finish while minimizing waste.

The finished stools combine renewed comfort, carefully fitted leather upholstery, and refinished wooden legs. A complete restoration that gives these pieces a fresh appearance while preserving their original character.
